Prohealth is a leading distributor of established internationally renowned brands, such as La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, Rowex, Ursapharm, KIN and more in Malta and overseas. Prohealth is also very active in the Medical Devices Hospital market.
We are looking to strengthen our dermo-cosmetic teams with the addition of a Brands Assistant.
The Job:
The vacancy is full-time and for immediate employment.
In this Role, the chosen candidate will report to the Brand Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Brands activities
- Supporting the Brand Managers in organising various projects
- Continuously developing knowledge of the brands
- Developing knowledge, requirements and needs on the local & export markets
- Conducting market research
- Co-ordinate & follow-up on shopping trends activities and on Brand Campaigns
- Point of reference/contact for our customers
- Day-to-day brands requirements
The Candidate must:
- Possess an A-Level Standard of education. Higher qualifications would be considered an asset
- Must be a skincare enthusiast and have a flair for beauty and cosmetics
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
- Be capable of working on own initiative, and be a good team player
- Fluency in the English language
- Have good communication skills, and give attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite, especially Excel
- Possess computer and presentation skills
- Be willing to learn new processes when needed
- Be organised with good time management
- Possess a valid driver’s license
