Triomed Limited is a leading distributor of medical devices, imaging medical equipment, laboratory & diagnostic and Health IT solutions with an installed base in all healthcare institutions around Malta & Gozo, representing brands like Philips, Hologic and others. Triomed is a fully owned subsidiary of Prohealth.

Triomed is looking to strengthen the team with the addition of a full-time Medical Devices Sales Executive.


The primary responsibility of the Medical Devices Sales Executive would be to successfully manage customer and supplier relationships and expectations, creating the right synergies between all stakeholders involved. The therapeutic areas of work will include medical laboratories and diagnostics amongst others.


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sector.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through market research, networking, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in labs, hospitals and healthcare institutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, while effectively communicating the features, benefits, and applications of our solutions to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Deliver sales presentations of our solutions, while customising presentations

to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients, both online and in person.

  • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Working closely with a cross functional team, including marketing, customer support, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitoring risk levels at clients’ premises through professional auditing and reporting, for clients to upgrade processes accordingly.

The Candidate must have:

  • A tertiary diploma/degree in a relevant discipline (Biomedical, Life Sciences, Biology &/or Chemistry, Nursing etc.)
  • A strong understanding of medical laboratory processes and diagnostic technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Goal-driven with a track record of meeting expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
