Prohealth rewards its employees for their loyalty towards the company. The new loyalty programme recognises and rewards staff members for their essential role in the achievement of the company’s goals. The programme is intended to celebrate significant moments throughout the employee’s time with Prohealth, beginning from their first year of employment to subsequent achievements throughout their career.
Launched during the Christmas office party in December 2018, management honoured employees who reached important milestones in their careers here at Prohealth, namely those employees who celebrated their fifth, tenth or fifteenth work anniversaries in the preceding year.
The presentation of the loyalty rewards will be a yearly event and every year, the company will reward staff eligible for the scheme with gift, travel vouchers and certificates, as a sign of appreciation for their commitment.
The launch of this initiative is in line with Prohealth’s commitment towards fostering a positive workplace culture where everyone’s contribution to the company’s success is acknowledged and rewarded, particularly staff members who have been working there for a long time.
The company today has over 40 employees and represents a variety of well-known international brands in the dermo-cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors, such as Vichy, La Roche-Posay, KIN, Ursapharm and many more.
